Need help finding a new CPU

Im looking to upgrade my CPU but i dont know what CPU to go with (AMD) when i try to livestream a game i get bad fps (like 15) and a screen glitchy motion when im just playing i get about 120 fps my specs are:
8gb ram

BIOstar a880GZ AM 3+ AMD 880G SATA 6gb/s HDMI Micro AMD motherboard

AMD phenom II x4 965 Black edition Deneb 3.4 GHz Socket AM3 125W Guadcore processor

Thermaltake TR2 W007 430W ATX12V v2.3 power supply

Radon sapphire HD 7870 2 GB over clock edition GPU

can you help me with finding a new AMD processor? sky is the limit on price

Make sure your internet is up to par. If your upload speed is really slow, upgrading your processor won't help.

The best processor you can get is the FX 8350. If you do get it, make sure you update to the latest, stable bios before removing your Phenom and installing the 8350.
