PCs have very little resell value. You'd do better to sell the individual components on ebay.

Less than 300 i think
The CPU and mobo is quite old
HD 6670 2GB is the old-gen GPU so you can only sell it cheaply
4GB RAM ? No specs?
well i might say that 4GB RAM is quite cheap nowadays
Might as well try your luck by auctioning them
