Asus GTX780Ti cant get 3 monitor to work

Hi Guys,
I recently got the Asus GTX 780ti, and hooking it up to my 3 x Viewsonic VX2753 i cant seem to get the 3rd monitor to work. here are my connection configurations

Card --- Monitor
DVI - VGA - OK
HDMI - HDMI - OK
DVI - HDMI - Not working

It just seems the bottom DVI port cant support HDMI, is this normal?

have you selected the current input port in your monitor's menu?
Also, check Nvidia Panel settings:
