need help getting a hdmi outpu graphics card and possibly RAM/PCU upgrade

i have my dads older desktop, Lenovo h210 57088774 with 4 gb ddr2, 640 gb SATA II and intel GMA 3100 graphics card. This only has a VGA output Im not sure iuf i would be able to replace the processor tho it didnt look like what i watched videos on youtube about HEEELP please also very intertested in a SSD hard drive to get better streaming??

I don't think you can place a SSD in a sata 2 port. Laptops are notoriously tricky to upgrade so I don't think its possible to turn into a gaming laptop. Ram should be upgradeable to 8 gigs.
