first of you need this for psu http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650snlb... by miles better than the cx corsair and more than enough for your set up. actually the 550w version would do just fine plus o/c.
remove the extra fans and put the money on the gpu and get this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp43765k... that for starters. also i would be fine with corsair 300r and a less expencive mouse. as a games i would prefer a wired on. battery wont get you far. this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/razer-mouse-rz0100840100r3... is perfect except you are an mmo gamer and razer naga would fit better. save more money and spend it on memory to get 2x8gb to utilize the dual channel memory controller . or go with 4x4gb and spent the rest money on http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-fd8320frhkbox .and get an additional cheap wireless mouse.
my point is that you should spend your money firstly on the primary parts of the pc.

no problem. you dont need a dozen of fans to have efficient cooling. you need good airflow which ca be easily achieved by a couple as intake in front and at least one on the back as an exsaust. also the cpu cooler you have chosen is very good. the 8320 is the best choise as an amd cpu 760 a capable gpu. asus has great quality mobos. 2x4gb is more than enough for the time being for gaming. corsair does quality towers and this is very good with great airflow http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

check this benq monitor. it doesnt have such thin bezel but its actually good. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/benq-monitor-gw2450 . ssd is recommended if your budget allows. i suppose the fun hub isnt needed any more.an 128gb would suffice to install os. if the only one for os and storage better leave it for later though!
