If you can get the the 4670k & z87 board for the same price get that instead. It's basically the newer version of the same cpu and between 5-10% better. It's a pretty good build but if you're looking to save a few bucks you can do without a lifetime supply of mx-4 ;). Also a SSD is pretty much 4x faster than mechanical. A samsung evo 120gb will see a big improvement in load times
