I dont know if it was just a one time thing or what, but upon exiting a game which was having its own trouble, the problem persisted to the desktop, it only really seemed to happen when i hovered over something.
Example : In power options, hovering over my power scheme made a white box with jumbled text in it, whereas if i wasnt hovering over it randomly flashed smaller white boxes around that same spot. Could this just be my HDMI Cable going bad or something else? Or is my graphics card not getting enough power? My hardware is on my profile
Edit : Ive ran memtest, nothings wrong there, it disappeared after a reset, most benchmark software performs as it should, i only see a similar issue in 3dmarks last test. Also i notice my taskbar on my second screen wasnt showing completely , at least its background, but that fixed itself on turning off taskbars on all screens/turning back on. Im on graphics beta driver 14.2 v1.3
Edit 2: Ran Prime95 / Valley Benchmark at same time, system stayed stable, ran both for an hour , will run longer only if recommended
edit 3 : reinstalled directx and updated, ran SFC/DISM, hoping at this point its down to cable/driver issue
also ran FurMark for 15 mins on max settings
results of the xtreme burn in
