Good For Gaming?

I was wondering if these components will be pretty good for gaming..

Mobo: ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z
CPU: AMD FX-8350
RAM: G.Skill Trident X 16gb (1866)
GPU: GeForce gtx 760 EVGA Superclocked
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper T4
PSU: Seasonic X-850
HDD: 2tb
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256gb

What do you guys think?

16Gb of ram is to much you will only need 8 but 16gb wont hurt anything if you have the extra money and want 16 get 16 but other on that looks good!
