i think it has also a better motherboard.
The case is just something different,the one you chose will do fine if you like that one better.
My choice of cooler is the better one.

With a more powerfull psu (>750watts) would you be able to go for sli in the future.

Are you going for multi monitor in the future? Otherwise is 4gb's of ram on the gpu not really necessary.
