Can my HD7950 handle two 2560x1440 monitors?

Hey guys, I have a HD7950 and I'm looking to get two 2560x1440 monitors to use as a dual screen setup for my computer.I mostly use my computer for browsing/working/programming but I do also occasionally play games (skyrim, torchlight, civ5, etc). My question is: is my video card good enough to handle this or will I have to upgrade it? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

It would be enough for general use, but for gaming (on high/ultra) i think it might struggle some. Looks like it hits 50fps on ultra, but thats only counting one monitor at that resolution for skyrim.
