Hi. It's time for me to upgrade my 5-yr old PC. Plan to buy a new PC in the next following weeks.

Primary Use:
Lightroom editing of Raw pics
Surfing
Torrent downloading
Word Processing
Powerpoint/Excel
Light gaming maybe once in a while
Video - Youtube and such. Not gonna watch Movies
Music listening (mp3s, Flac) while working

Not used for: Heavy Gaming or any 3D work

Budget: $1,300.00 Max

Specs:
Monitor: Touch based (Dell or Viewsonic?)
OS: must be Windows 8.1
MOBO: Asus Z87 mini ITX vs Gigabyte Z87 mini ITX? Any other MOBO chipset (other than Z87) sufficient for above uses? Capable of dual monitor if possible in the future..
Proc: i5 4670 or any i5 Haswell appropriate for above uses?
Case: Best but reasonably priced mini-ITX case; looking into Bitfenix Prodigy Red
PSU: Sufficient for MOBO
Keyboard/Mouse: Logitech wireless combo
RAM: 2 x 4gb, brands that are good but reasonably priced?
HDD: 120gb SSD for OS and programs (brands that are reasonably priced?)
HDD: 1.5TB WD Green - existing

Kindly help me out. I prefer mini-ITX configuration.

the larger ssd was on sale for 40.00 more then the 120g ssd. good 40.00 to spend to be able to put more programs on the main ssd. used the newer 750ti as a video card. uses only 60w so it needs no extra power cords. you be able to run 3 monitors from the gpu and one from the onboard gpu. if your close to a micro center the i7 is on sale. used the cube case as it had cd-rom drive. some people still need the drive to install os and program cd.

Solution
the h87 is just a locked mb and cpu no over clocking. it cheaper then the itx mb and the r200 case is only slightly larger then the itx case. you have to use a wifi card or usb stick as wifi not built into the mb.
