First gaming pc

Hi I'm currently putting together my first pc for gaming purposes. And I'm just wondering, will "new" high end games run well with theese specs. For example skyrim with ultra settings, and bf4?

I think you can get an i5. drop the cooler go for a cheap motherboard and case. No need to change the psu you picked a really good one.

The 660 GTX will not be able to play BF4 on Ultra. You will need a 760 GTX or a 770 GTX to do that.

I'm not going to play bf4 on ultra settings, just skyrim. Sorry for not making that clear from the start. I just thought if that was a good pack for the 700$ that's my budget.
