128GB is kinda small for an ssd without a mechanical hard drive to go with it.
That "Corsair or Major Brand" worries me, because it's someone else's idea of "Major Brand", not necessarily what most people would consider a major brand.
I also hesitate to trust a power supply where they're not even telling you the brand.
CPU, Motherboard, OS, and Video look okay. I'm not familiar with that Asetek liquid cooler.
Do you know what model case this will be going into?

You could probably save quite a bit on the CPU cooler if they offer one of the following (* All still good for 'moderate' overclocking, for 24x7 use):

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus or EVO (Good)
Xigmatek Gaia or Aegir (Good and very good but Aegir hard to find )
Noctus NHD14 (Excellent)
Phanteks TC14PE (Excellent)

The RAM is overkill. If it will save you some money, get get something like GSkill Ripjaws DDR3 1866. That particular RAM will easily run at 2100. Mushkin Redline is also supposed to be pretty good, but I have no personal experience with it. Here's a good TOMs article that discusses some recent high speed RAM and overclocking value:

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/memory-scaling-gami...

I would question the model of the PSU. Some are bad, others are good. Make sure they are giving you a good PSU.

And make sure the Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 board is a Rev. 4.0 board. Some earlier revisions were also good, but I think the 2.0 or 3.0 revision had a dinky, flat northbridge heatsink that was terrible and created overheating issues. As long as the North Bridge heatsink (The one close to the CPU between the CPU socket and 1st PCIe slot) is the taller, thicker one you'll be fine.
