build advise please

Ok so in about 3 hours from now i will be purchasing this computer for video editing Thanks to bad kittys-13 help. Now she told me i didn't need all this power. Can some one give me advice on what psu to get that's gold rated? if i do get some money knocked off from downgrading the psu would should I use it towards?

It's not Gold rated, which is not really necessary. It will save you money and it is a really reliable PSU.

thank you guys for your help! i cant believe that i don't really need all that power for video editing that saved me money now ill buy a media card and better ssd thanks guys

I'd also recommend more storage. Uncompressed HD video is going to use up a tonne of space, and ideally you're going to want to hang on to most of it in it's uncompressed form until your project is totally complete (you never know when something will happen and you'll need some raw footage again). Ideally, you'll also want to be making back-ups.

To that end, if you have money left-over or come into some more down the road I definitely recommend additional storage.
