Hey all,

So I'm buildingmy new gaming PC tomorrow, I have a H100i for my cooler, I was wondering which way to position the fans, intake or exhaust?

From what I've read there seems to be a varied answer. I see the benefits of both but whats your opinions on this?

Thanks

Which side of the case is your cooler on? Front, Top, Back or Bottom? Which way is your other fans in the case blowing and how many are there? Do you want positive preseur in your case to lower dust or do you have dust filters on your fans?

These are the things we need to know to answer your quest.

Ah ok,

So it will be mounted on the Top of my case.
My case is a Corsair 500R and for now I just have the standard fans so 2 intake on the front and one exhaust on the rear.
Erm I would like to reduce dust build up. From looking at it there looks to be dust filters on the case where the fans are I think

"So it will be mounted on the Top of my case."

If you have dust filter and with your cooler on the top I would go Exhaust because all of your case heat will be rising to the top and you want to go with the flow not against.
