Origin customer support asked me if he could access my account, should I be concerned?
So here's the full story; I was having issue with a game from Origin so I decided to check in with EA customer support. We talked on things on how to solve the problem, then the adviser asked if he could access my account, I told him sure. He told me he can access it using a temporary password. So he went ahead and accessed my account without any intervention from me. Should I be concerned?
I didn't give him my password, my username, nor my email address. It seems like customer support has quite a power in their hands.

Seems fine. You contacted them and you didn't give them your password so I would say you are OK.
