Can't Access BIOS After Changing Setting?!

I have an ASUS Q550L and I was preparing to switch out my HDD to an SSD which involved changing a couple settings in the BIOS in order to allow me to change the boot order. I had to disable "Fast Boot" and enable "CSM Mode". After saving and exiting I can no longer access the BIOS. Windows starts up but I can't enter the BIOS anymore. I don't understand what happened or how changing those settings affected my ability to enter the BIOS!

How do I regain access to the BIOS?

Try shutting down from the Windows Key plus 'X' menu, it bypasses Fast Startup...
