Automated email address' like the one that sent you the message often aren't capable of receiving mail back, and if it did, no one would ever see it as they aren't watched.

I wouldnt worry about it. The message was asking you to set a Best Answer, since there were no answers to the question you cant exactly set one.

Pretty much what manofchalk said there. We don't respond to messages sent to the automated email notification address. I'm happy to answer your question here though, if you need.
