Is this a decent overclock?

I'm a first time overclocker so I'm just curious if this is an acceptable/safe overclock

I have a i7 4770k @ 4.4ghz using 1.24 volts.

My core max maximum was 74c and my core max average was 69c.
I idle around 26c

Yes it is a good overclock. You might want to lower the core voltage little by little until its unstable. My 4670K is a bad one and needs 1.26 on 4.4GHz and 1.29V on 4.5GHz.

That is the lowest I can get it stable at.
