Youtube acting bizarre

Youtube likes to freeze when I move my cursor over it. When a video is playing and I move my mouse over it, the whole thing freezes for 2-3 seconds but I can still hear the audio. When I try to pause/play, the screen freezes for 2-3 seconds and then takes 2 more seconds to pause/play it. It wasn't like this earlier.

its simple that your computer is worth a spec review can you tell the specs and any other issue u are facing?
