NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2GB GDDR5 multiple screens question

Hello everyone,
I am getting a build with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2GB GDDR5 and would like to get three monitors- a 32", a 27" with higher resolution and faster response, and a 19" touch screen just because. From what I understand, without crossfire or another card of some sort, it is impossible to have 3 screens that are independent from one another (not combining screens-which makes my idea impossible)?

I realize that I need identical monitors for surround.. But I would really rather have 3 independent monitors so I can watch a movie while playing a game while using my giant touch screen to google (for example), as surround (from what I hear) isnt even widely supported anyways.

What should I do? Is there a way to make this work?
