My desktop that i built two years ago is having a lot of issues..
I believe my Cooler Master HaF 922 tower front ports are damaged from what i see now is a slightly bent usb headset... I Disabled the front part of my HAF case for the usb ports, but

My pc is still having usb issues...

I use a Asrock Zgen g3 68 (If i recall the name correctly) it has 2 usb 3.0 slots on the back, 2 sata/2.0 slots, and 2 dedicated usb 2.0's

The top two usb slots seem to not work or cause disconnection all the time of what ever is plugge din,

My question is, can the damage from the frontal part destroy the usb drives on the rear?

Could this be my harddrive being old full of garbage from torrenting over use and is ruining my bios settings via bad registry memory?

Would a wipe of my windows on harddrive be any use or worth trouble shooting, or is this straight up a failing mobo?

Any ideas?

Your front panel USB ports are part of your case, they are connected internally by a cable to a usb header on your mobo, the back USB ports are built into your mobo. It is possible that the front panel ports are damaged from use, but I'm not too sure if they could cause the rear ports to malfunction.

An easy way to test this out is to open your case and disconnect the front panel USB ports from your mobo. You could check the cables coming from the front panel of your case and disconnect the one that leads to a USB header from your mobo.

After doing this boot up and test out the rear usb ports. If they work correctly you will be sure that the front ports are damaged and disrupt the rear port connections.

I have done so, i have the front ports disabled, and the rear ones still malfunction ( my entire computer "Disconnects" ) all the ports, mouse / headset / mic / keyboard, all disable ,and reconnect

Is this a terribly slow and over used harddrive with bad registry files from 2 years of abuse. Or is it basically screaming, this mobo is fried and the ports are all malfunctioning.

Appreciate your reply by the way

A bad OS could be the cause, if it has been abused.
Before you kill the Mobo I would format and re-install your OS to see haw it goes.
If the issue is still there then the new mobo is your solution.
