Will Cooler Master TX3,212 plus, 212 evo fit TA990FXE?

As the title says I have TA990FXE MB, and would like an after market cpu cooler for overclocking purposes, I also have 2x4gig sticks of CORSAIR Vengeance ram

and G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)

My question is will those cpu coolers mentioned above fit on my MB with out hitting anything?
Also can the fans on these coolers be changer for fan with led's?

Yeah, the 212 EVO will fit. And it comes with adapters so you can use any 120mm fan you have

Hello helstonrampersad,

The Corsair Vengeance RAM will not fit underneath the TX3 or the Hyper 212 EVO/Plus. You will need to install the RAM in slots 2 & 4.

The Gskill RipjawsX will fit underneath the fan of the Hyper 212 EVO/Plus. You will to move the fan up slightly on the cooler in order for them to fit.

The Fans can be swapped out with an LED fan if you would like such as the Sickleflow 120mm.

The Corsair Vengeance is in slot 2 and 4, the Gskill RipjawsX is in 1 and 3. Will that work or will i have to move my ram around? The GSKILL is a lot shorter that the Corsair. Let me know if you guy need picture of the system just in case.

Just as an FYI, you usually do not want to mix RAM on the motherboard.

If you buy the Hyper 212 EVO/Plus and have the Ripjaws X installed in slot 1 & 3, then yes you should be fine.

why not? what could go wrong? the reason i did it was that i got the Vengeance for $60 and the Ripjaws for $50, I thought those were good deals.

If the ram works good together should you be fine.You could do some stresstests to see if there will be problems like prime95 in blend or memtest86 (several passes=4 or ...)

Sometime it can cause stability issues.
