I wanna know which is better ? i7-4770k or i7-4820k ?

& will the result be the same after overclocking to the max. ?

Overclocking result will depend on how good of a chip you get along with how good your cooler is (although I would guess the 4820k might go a little higher). The 4820k will be better than 4770k, but probably not worth the price difference unless you want to spend the money on an LGA 2011 system

Actually since I live in Egypt so the price difference is not a minor factor , & what do you think of the AMD FX9370 in comparison to them ?

They should both be better than the AMD, although of course they will cost more
