Intel i5-4670K 3.4GHz
Gigabyte GA-B85M-HD3
500GB Hitachi 3.5 SATA III 7200RPM
GSKILL Ripjaw 2x4GB DDR3 1600MHz
Black Mid ATX P600W - local/generic case w/psu
Sapphire HD 7850 Dual X OC Edition 2GB 256bit GDDR5
CM Hyper 212+

Solution
i would say, spend money once for the best. If you can afford to buy Z87 motherboard later, then go with 4670K and the CM212+ cooler. You processor will run at stock settings for the current motherboard you have chosen. Rest specs looks all well and good :)

Either you change your processor or motherboard. You can't overclock your processor with that motherboard. If you are leaving the processor then you don't need even need aftermarket cooler fan. And atlast coming to your psu, what's brand and model of power supply? The cheap psu won't be of much use with your build, just pick a better decent psu for your build if you haven't.

change it for non-overclocking processor like Intel i5-4670 or Intel i5-4570. or other way around is get a overclocking board out there in Z87-series if you want to go on with current processor.
