I'm pretty certain that the 2 270s are better but I just thought i might check. also will my CPU (AMD FX 8320) bottle neck the 2 270s or GTX 780. The pc is used for gaming and here is the link if that matters http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2XNAi

More about : radeon 270s gtx 780

Go for a single 780 and a better cpu bcoz your cpu even though if it was overclocked might bottleneck in some games. Your cpu is good for a 770. Above that I won't recommend using it. Also aim for a 650 watts PSU for 780.

8320 is a good CPU and if 8320 will bottleneck two 780's he's out of option because if he go for 8350 it won't make much difference because 8350 is an overclocked 8320!

Change your motherboard to M5A99FX, ASRock 990FX Extreme3 doesn't support FX-8320 due to thermal issues!
http://www.asrock.com/mb/cpu.asp?Model=990FX%20Extreme3
And for graphics card better to get single GTX-780!

Um I probably should have mentioned I have already built this and was planning to up grade. and The fx 8320 is doing fine with no thermal problems and i have had it for at least 3 weeks. and thanks for letting me know to upgrade to the GTX 780. Also are 2 r9 270 better than 1 GTX 770, sorry for all the questions but just thought i would ask.

2 270s are better than a 770 but it is easy to run a single card. For the cost of 2 270s you can get a single 780 and also running 2 cards might cause some issues and is not as good as a single card and also won't hae much performance for the price u pay.

+1 Not all games optimized for multi GPU setups especially for CrossFireX configuration with single 780 you'll play all game on max setting at 1080p with 60+ FPS and remember that single card is just almost as fast as Titan, it also eats lees power than two 270'x (Maybe? Really? :D )
