HD5750 3 monitor only any combination of 2 working

Win 8.1 64bit
HD5750 (HD-575X-YHFC XFX) Card
DVI + HDMI + Displayport - DP to HDMI Converter - HDMI
Any 2 of the monitors can work together, including the one with DP-HDMI converter
e.g. DP-HDMI + HDMI
HDMI+DVI
DO-HDMI + DVI all these combination are working

However cannot get all 3, problem:
1. Always 1 of the monitor is shown disabled in AND Catalyst Control Centre, only 2 are enabled
2. If use windows Screen Resolution Seeting, all three can be detected, but when try to extend desktop to all 3, "setting cannot be saved" when click Apply

Read alot about passive converter, if it is converter issue I think I would not get the combination working right?

Tks, but as said my dp-hdmi monitor actually work by itself. It his don't work in 3 monitor mode. It would not be the converter right?

Working by itself is fine, the issue is when you have multiple monitors on the video card. Read over the link it explains things.
