Well here are the specs I would like for the PC I will be building and I am intending to use ut for gaming like Battlefield 4 maxed out and YouTube and making intro videos in after affects.

GTX 760
i5 4670k
8GB Memory @ 1600MHz
Motherboard Z78-A (although I don't know about this so if possible advise me on the motherboard too)

Those are my specs and all I need is a PSU, cooler and case and I'm ready!
I will be overclocking so I need a powerful PSU.
If there are any sites where there are sales on these parts (or sites where sales do go on) please let me know. Also is Newegg safe to buy from in the UK? I will be buying these parts as cheap as possible over around 6 months so I have time to look for sales just tell me the sites to chekc out.

THANKS FOR READING and any help is GREATLY appreciated.

You have a nice setup there, although I think you may need to up the GPU to a 770 or 780 if you want to max out BF4 and still get high frame rates. That's a fine motherboard, although you should know that it does not come with wifi, so you will need an adapter (or just plug into ethernet, I don't know what your situation is). As for a case, I like the Fractal Design Arc Midi R2. It's made of metal, only $100, and has good airflow to keep your overclocked parts nice and cool. For a PSU, you could use a 650W model as long as you don't plan to add a second GPU later. This is a good one, and it's high efficiency to cut down on electric costs:

For a cooler, the Noctua NH-D14 is pretty much the best air cooler there is, and if you want to water cool, you could go with something like the NZXT Kraken X60. I know that newegg is a good site, so I can't imagine that it would be bad in the UK, but you'd probably want to ask somebody else about that.

Hey there! Thank you for actually answering my question first of all and secondly do you know any motherboards that have wireless wifi built in that are good and affordable.

The ASUS Z87-pro is a good board and it has a built in wifi/bluetooth antenna. As to affordability, that depends on your budget. If you want, you could also get a board without wifi and then buy an antenna, like this one:
