So my current graphics card hasn't been working ever since my friend cleaned it with air, it keeps having display issues and crashing the whole computer, so I kind of figured, maybe I can just use my old card, turns out it was underwater in a flood, is there anyway it could work, or possibly be fixed, and if so, is there any way it could damage the other parts?

Well assuming it wasn't plugged in during the flood it may still work. Odds are however by now corrosion from the water has created a short in it though.

be care full if the card uses paper caps. when they get wet they fail or swell. on the gpu card that not working fine now have your check to see if it under any warranty..some cards have life time warranties.
