At this stage, I only want to change stuff if it yields a cheaper price, better performance for the same or less money, or it is really needed. I plan to order this soon and wanted some final opinions before I do, like would I be able to downsize the PSU or something else. I would like to be able to run Kerbal Space Program, MX vs ATV games, and some other misc. steam stuff like trials at high-medium settings and do video editing [which is why I need the six cores]. I was wondering if anyone had opinions on better parts, better keyboards and mouses for less, or a wireless network card for less. Also, if anyone knows where I could get windows for cheap please let me know. On a final note, would a 36 inch 1080p HD TV work as a monitor, at least until I can get one? Also, a leather chair wont generate a static charge/it is safe to build it in a leather chair right? I also assume it would be wise to burn a DVD with all the updated drivers and a security program on it?

thankyou for responding, unfortunately I can not really afford to go over budget by that much. I only plan on running things like kerbal space program and mx vs atv with maybe basic video editing, would this be decent for that?

I reworked it, could've sworn I had it near your price range before. You should be able to afford this, at least if you wait a bit as for some reason case and PSU prices are higher than they have been the past 2 months. The next batch of mail in rebates should help.
