PC build plans: Need input

Hello, all.
I'm planning a super-high-end build. So i'm willing to spend a good chuck of cash. I just need advice on some PSU's and good mobos for high end builds. I am using an SSD as my primary and only drive. I really want to resurrect a really good computer. I will not budge on the 780ti or the SSD so those are solid. I'm just concerned about the CPU, MOBO, PSU, and COOLER. The 4770k is good enough for me so i'm not interested in the x series. Does EVGA make good PSU's? It comes with a 10 year warranty and the reviews are phenomenal. Please give me in depth advice and i will pick your solution if it is coherent and sensible. I would like to stick with the i7 because i do edit and multitask.

The total price for all parts combined is a mere 2300 dollars (USD).

I would change the PSU. EVGA makes a few decent units but they are new and no one knows about longevity. I would definitely go with Antec, XFX, Seasonic, Corsair (not CX, CS, RM)
