I have been all over the internet searching, there are so many options.

I want to find the best Gaming Monitor for my current PC setup.

I play MMOs, like GW2 and the upcoming ESO. I want the best graphic experience possible, and price really doesn't matter. (Within reason, not like thousands.)

I am currently using an Insignia 1080p 32 inch LCD TV as my gaming monitor.

My system is: Intel i7 2700k processor, 16GB ram, Geforce GTX770, WIndows 7 64bit.

What is the best option for me, considering resolutions, response times, contrast ratio, etc.?

You probably would want a low response time, high refresh rate TN panel monitor. TN panel colors aren't as good as IPS and have worse viewing angles, but are better if gaming.
These three are pretty good
Asus VG248QE ($270 on Newegg US)
BenQ XL2420Z ($400 on Newegg US)
Next one does not have 120hz
Asus VN247h ($190 on Newegg US)
If you want the good colors and better viewing angles of IPS, this will be good.
Asus VN248H-P ($190 on Newegg US)

Since you have a gtx 770, you could also run a 2560x1440 monitor pretty good if you want the extra pixels.
Asus PB278Q ($550 on Newegg US)

There will be an ASUS PG278Q coming out soon. Its a 27inch, 1440p and 120Hz monitor. Ideal for MMOs. Also with very fast response times. But wait for the reviews first.
