Razer keyboard is faulty!!! How to fix? Please help!

Hey everyone. I recently purchased a Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition and it was working great. But recently it started acting up and during a game of TTT the 'd' key stopped working. How do I fix this problem? Now the 'd' key has the spacebar function! Btw, I am copy-pasting 'd' into this paragraph.

It sounds like the key itself is still working, it's just being mapped to the wrong thing. If you have the razer synapse software, you can look in there and change the d key back to "default." If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you.

take it back, and get a replacement. Sounds broken to me.

Yeah I know but then I thought that it wasn't like broken or anything since it still had a function and I wanted to know if maybe anyone else had the same problem
