GPU upgrades, Best card for the price right now?

I am looking to upgrade my current system, Which video card would be best for a price range of around £120 to £200, currently looking at AMD Radeon R9 270X, Would this be a wise choice if my system can handle it without my CPU bottle-necking

System;
Core i3-2130
8GB DDR3-1333
AMD Radeon 7750
ASUS-P8H61-MX R2.0
Corsair CX430
Case - Corsair graphite 230T

I had a very simular system to you same graphics card but im using an I5 3470, and upgraded to an r9 270 because they are going cheap on pixmania, you can get the same performance from the 270 as the 270x if you overclock it anyway.
I would strongly suggest a quad core processor in order to see the best performance from the r9 though.

I was looking at a 4GB version so I will have leeway in the future for running multiple monitors and rendering videos and such

Sounds like a good plan!, make sure its ddr5 though!
