First Step to Liquid Cooling

I'm new to pc building so I need some pointers as to what components to get for a custom cooling loop. This is my first build so I want everything to be near perfect. My budget is in the higher end, so I intend to use only the highest quality components. I will be overclocking.

I want to fully water cool the CPU and GPU. For this build I decided on a black/red colour scheme to match the motherboard. I am completely unsure about which brands offer high quality components and which models to get. How many fins per inch, tubing diameter, fans etc. I will be using a Corsair 900D case.

I know my build is going to be overkill but that's the whole point.I have not yet ordered any parts but the list of components goes like this:
