Best 24/27" monitor, with anti-grainy coating?

I am currently in the process of buying a new 24 or 27 inch monitor.
The number 1 priority is anti-grainy coating. I have to look at it for many hours a day.
Its mainly for poker, and websurfing. I wont play any games or do any other kind of work on my pc-screen.
So Eizo has some monitors with anti-grainy coating, and BenQ also with their new XL line, especially the XL2420/2720Z.
What is the most pleasing and relaxing monitor available atm, for a 300-400€ budget?
Is there a better monitor than the XL2720Z regarding a non-flickering/grainy picture?
And is it really important to run it at 120/144hz to achieve a pleasing anti-grainy picture? That means i need to upgrade my GFX to a Displayport or with Dual-Dvi.

No it is not necessary 120hz or even 60hz will work if you are certain that you do not want to game. Nowadays there aren't that much monitors that cause grainy picture. Sure go with the Benq XL2420.
