My friend wants to record gameplay and upload them to YouTube and gave me this list of parts if this were alright. What would you say though?

Notes:
1. He said he would not think of overclocking so he chose a non-K CPU. Would you still recommend getting one?
2. He says he used a wattage calculator and the wattage amounted to around 475 watts. Is 620w enough?
3. He's not sure if what's better between having no SSD and have a 290X or getting an SSD and settle with a 290.
4. Since he's not overclocking, would he need an aftermarket cooler?

The arguing cost is probably: (A) 4770K + 290 + SSD or (B) 4770 + 290X

Intel Core i7-4770
Sapphire R9 290X Tri-X
Gigabyte GA-G1.Sniper B5
WD Caviar Black 1TB
Crucial Ballistix 16GB RAM
Antec HighCurrentGamer 620w
Corsair Carbide 200R

1: its such a little difference in price and the k version is slightly faster even non-overclocked
2:at least 550-600w i would maybe pick another brand like xfx, corsair or coolermaster. Make sure its at least 80+ bronze certified.
3: get a ssd for the OS, it will take the OS workload off your harddrive, making it faster for other programs. The 290 is the best high end price/performance amd card. Make sure not to get stock cooler for this! Ill recommend the asus r9 290 DirectCUII, use it myself. The 290x's performance doesnt justify the price compared to the 290
4: intel cooler is fine, though you can get more quiet solutions. :)

if the 290 is more expensive than a 780, just go with the 780.

A SSD is great for boot times and also editing video as it can load and augment then much more quickly, so I suggest at least a 240gb one.
