College Engineering Laptop

Ive been looking for a laptop to take with me to college. I am an engineering student and will be running many demanding programs such as autocad. i have been taking interest in a macbook pro but i fear that some programs that i will be using will not work with the mac. Do yall think i will be ok running on a mac? if not what laptops do yall recommend?

I would go with a ThinkPad. They are made by Lenovo who makes the best laptops in the world.
They are very fast. My ThinkPad can out perform all of my friend's Mac Books.
They are also made very well. You can fully upgraded them too.
You will not have to worry about software compatibility!
I would highly recommend a Lenovo ThinkPad!
