Return 6 month old computer

Help! I bout a brand new hp-envy-touchsmart-23 screen 6 months ago at best buy and of course I'm past the return date and I hate it!!! I have the norton and I keep getting viruses, I don't understand the settings and I want my apple computer back! I have receipt and warranty, geek squad support and all. Any idea how to see it for the most money, a company I can sell it to or a way to exchange if for an upgrade so they say yes? Please help

Your pretty much stuck with it, and will be selling it at a loss. Probably ask for 700 on craigs list, but a realistic number is 600-500. I don't think that best buy will take it back. MacMall and other little shops will give you money, but very little.
