The Seasonic is an exelent PSU and can power your system. However it is a bit close.

your cpu is 95 watt
your chipset/mem tdp is no more than 84w
couldnt find your exact card but this is a aftermarket 270x power consumption
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/R9_270X_Gaming/2...
224w

this is 403 watts max draw on the 12v rail
your psu has 480w (40a) on its 12 rail
it will support it if you want more overhead for overclocking you could get a 620w but for your specs right now it is fine. and seasonic is reliable and make quality psu's
