Looking at building 1st computer after my alienware broke a month ago and came up with this atm and wanted to know if it will all work together before buying it

Currently would be playing arma 2/3 and dayzsa. then some games in future.
Also would do video editin/recording on it and upload

Nice.I recommend you WD HDD instaed of seagate.I had very bad experience with seagate HDD's not just only one but some4 to 5 & Also very good experience with WD So far.

What is the purpose of this system? Do you plan on overclocking?

HDD should be of WD and don't buy RM series PSU . . they tends to have heat shutdown and low quality capacitors . .RM fails in OCP tests . but xfx xtr 750 or if spend more buy AX760 . .
