I have many of the same device. Nexus 7 in particular.
I'm trying to make sure all my adapters, cables and devices are charging correctly.

I need to know if there is a difference in amperage pulled with the battery is full compared to if its not pulled. does the device still pull the same amount and if its full will the Amps fluctuate a lot or just a little.

More about : amp pull device full battery partial battery

With the load (impedance) remaining the same, the current will decrease as the voltage decreases.

Hi
Yeah this by clutchc but just to clarify that it is the difference in the voltages of the battery and the charger that decreases as the battery chargers and so the current decreases as the battery voltage (charge) increases.
