Need small formfactor build suggestions

Hi Im trying to make a small formfactor gaming pc for going to lan parties E.T.C, but have no idea what i should go with on it, so im asking you guys >;P anyway, the pc should be able to run games at 1080p medium or better.
Should be under $600 although can be stretched to $700 and has to have an i3/AMD quad core or better. Thanks for the help! P.S: This excludes windows and the monitor
