Hello,

My rig consists of the following:

Intel Haswell Xeon 1245 v3 @ 3.4 GHz
Gigabyte B85M-D3H
2 x 4 GB corsair RAM
250 GB Hitachi for OS and VMs
2 TB WD @ 7200 RPM
Nvidia GT 610 2GB
Cooler master thunder 450w

All these assembled for running VMs on Debian Linux, Compilation and some video conversion. That Nvidia card is just to support graphics as Debian Wheezy don't support haswell graphics without modification. I don't OC.

My worry is does the Cooler master thunder 450w good and safe enough for the above specs or do I need to replace with something like seasonic.

Thanks
(I am from in India)

My possible future upgrade may be a GT 750 Ti (52 watts) or anything very similar that Nvidia releases in future. No SLI or Crossfire.
