Lately I have been looking for a new monitor. I am going to be using it with my xbox 360 and my pc. It would be nice if the monitor was 1920x1080 and had a fast response time.
These are some of the monitors I have looked at. Should I one of these or do you know of a better monitor?
BenQ RL2455HM
Asus VN247H-P
The monitor should be 24 inches and be around 200 to 250 dollars. Another question I have is that if I get a 144hz monitor will my xbox have input lag?

I really don't see the point in telling you the specs. Just tell me which monitors you think are good!

Well I need to know your specs so I can recommend you a good monitor. I.e. If you have an insane gaming pc i would recommend a 120hz monitor, if not I would recommend a 60hz one.

As for your xbox 360 I would go with the BenQ monitor. BenQ's monitors , in my opinion, are much better than Asus'.

Well my pc right now would be best with a 60hz monitor but I might build a pc later on. I think I will just get the BenQ monitor.

a gaming monitor isnt really necessary but if you want a good one, http://shop.benq.us/monitors/gaming/xl2720z-newest-27-g... this would be a good choice.

Did you even listen to anything I said! I said it should be 24 inches and between 200 and 250 dollars. The monitor you recommended is 27 inch and it is 500 dollars. Please read the post before commenting!

I would get the BenQ RL2455HM. It also has a 1ms response time which is great if you decide to run a nice gaming computer later on. It only has a 60hz only though. And I would not suggest getting a 144hz monitor until you have one helluva gaming computer. For your xbox, the 144hz will not have input lag, but it would be a huge waste of money as it will only affect your viewing experience if your playing at a high fps. Most xbox games are locked a 60fps.
