Asus Z9PE-D16 with2x or 1x LSI MegaRAID SAS 9271-4i and Intel Expander Card RES2SV240

I am wondering whether this board can support all configurations as below

2x Xeon Processor
64GB ECC RAM

22 SSD Drives :-
With Raid Expander
- 2SSD (Raid 1)
- 2SSD (Raid 1)
- 2SSD (Raid 1)
- 2SSD (Raid 1)
- 4 SSD (Raid 1+0)
- 4 SSD (Raid 1+0)
- 4 SSD (Raid 1+0)

With Mobo
- 2 SSD (Raid 1)
- 1 DVD Rom

OR Should I Get

2X LSI MegaRAID SAS 9271-8i and Intel Expander Card RES2SV240
LSI MegaRAID SAS 9271-8i with Intel Expander Card RES2SV240 = 16 port
Intel Expander Card RES2SV240 = 8 port
Total 24 ports

Q : Can this 2x LSI MegaRAID SAS 9271-8i be on the same board?



Is it possible to set it up this way?
Has anyone successfully setup with this mobo with this Raid Card?

Another thing to add, Should I use Corsair H80 cpu cooler or should I get the heatsink + fan.
The server will be on 24/7 - full load processing data crunching for 12 hours everyday
