Ups Problem Need Help

Few days back got this new Intex UPS its fine with backup and all the only problem is that when power goes, my pc also gets restarts.........and on the intex site there was solution for it but i didt understand.....

Why does my computer system restart every time the A/C power goes off and comes on again?
A - Please check ground /earth connection of the power supply. The voltage between the ground / earth and Neutral should be below 5 Volt AC.

Please Explain and Suggestion How Can I Solve This Problem.......

Not much to explain, if you don't know how to check the voltage, find a friend to help you.
Contact the Intex support for help, they can probably walk you though things, but you'd need a voltmeter to measure things with.

It says you have a bad earth. You need to get an electrician to improve the earth staking and neutral line at your house.
