Alright. My second 4GB GTX 760 came in and is now sitting in SLI in my computer. I'm looking now at a 20" ish 3 or 4K monitor that will only be used at full resolution for editing, gaming will be done at a lower resolution.

Price range isn't too much, but if pricing products, make sure it's through a Canadian retailer.

Another thing too, would it be valid to instead use one card for display/editing, and direct the other to slaving for rendering?

For graphics work, you will probably want an IPS or PLS panel.

However, they do not make resolutions that dense (there are some semi-dense resolution monitors, but they are not very common).

The best options will be:

24" 1920x1080 (16:9)
24" 1920x1200 (16:10 ratio is even better for that extra vertical space)

27" 2560x1440 (16:9)
30" 2560x1600 (16:10 again, better ratio for more vertical space)

What is your budget?

Would like to keep it around ~$1000

My other thought would be to hook up 4 monitors in a 2x2 monitor stand? I have a VESA mount on my wall as it is?

Hmm, didn't think about IPS. My only reason for 4K is because I'm working with files coming from a 4K camera (Red Scarlet) and although many of my shots are zoomed in/framed and lose their 4k-ness, I'd really like to be able to see every pixel when editing some wide angel shots

Here are a few 30" IPS models using the 16:10 ratio.
Resolution is: 2560x1600

And, apparently, I was wrong, if you want the smaller size monitor with something similar to the 4k resolution, there is this:
24" IPS panel with 16:9 ratio at: 3840x2160

Not bad at all... I'll look into it a bit more! Thanks!
