GYGABITE INTEL Z87-HD3 is enough for an I5 4570

i need some advice for this mobo, in my country this mobo cost 140 dollars

More than enough, the Z87 chipset is geared towards OCing, and the 4570 is a locked CPU, so might even look at one of the lower tier 1150 chipsets, unless you want some of the features of the GB

thanks for your answer, sir. what about the b85-g43 MSI, cause in my country this mobo is like 88 dollars, the other one is like 150 :) . thanks for your time.

No worries, the B85 chipset is perfectly fine with the 4570, I would however look to mobos from Asus, ASRock or GigaByte, not a fan of MSI mobos, poor Quality Control
