I'm building a gaming pc for the first time. I made a pc parts list, but I need assistance with looking it over and some advice.

I'm looking for some ways to lower the price but not take too much of a drop in performance. I'll be playing all sorts of games (Such as DayZ, SMITE, Civ5, DA: Inquisition etc). I don't need a dramatic price drop, but anything helps. If you would rather make a completely different build, I would say that the budget is around $1300

And if you have any other advice, feel free to share
